PanTerra is a diversified junior public oil and gas company listed on the TSXV (PRC.V) with holdings in both conventional and unconventional projects in Western Canada. The Company has an operated production base of 75 BOPD and 200 Mcf/d gas with excellent optimization and exploitation potential. Additionally PanTerra holds 'rights' in excess of 100,000 acres in various properties in Western Canada. PanTerra trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "PRC".
PanTerra is focused on creating value for its shareholders via both the acquisition and drill bit route. The Company will only involve itself with high-quality, long reserve life oil weighted projects. PanTerra has identified a number of lower risk exploitation and optimization opportunities on its acreage in Alberta and aims to develop these properties to their fullest. This includes the acquisition of additional surrounding lands, acquiring additional seismic, re-entries, re-activations and the drilling of both infill and step-out wells.
Strategy
- Focus on the company’s oil weighted projects at Tomahawk and Carrot Creek
in west central Alberta, projects that have both expandability and sustainability. - Maintain operatorship where possible; 50% or greater working interest.
- Grow by the drill bit when good, suitable opportunities exist.
- Acquire producing properties more heavily weighted towards oil.
- Attempt to always pre-fund major projects.
- Operate with financial discipline.
