David Halpin – currently CFO with Mart Resources Inc., an international oil and gas player. Formerly, CFO and VP Finance for Ware Solutions, a Canadian technology company and also served as CFO at Jerez Energy. Dave is a graduate of Arizona State University.
David Lefebvre – Partner of Stikeman Elliot LLP. Counsel to issuers and underwriters, the Alberta Stock Exchange, Waterous and Unocal. Active in underwriting income funds and public offerings. Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and Masters of Arts, Bachelor of Law and a Masters of Law degree from Cambridge University.
Greg Ziegler P. Eng – President Horseshoe Bay Resources, former Senior Reservoir Engineer with Chevron. Greg graduated from the University of Calgary with a BSc in Civil Engineering and has a Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California.
