David Halpin

Position: Director

is currently CFO with Mart Resources Inc. an international player in the oil and gas business. Prior to Mart, he was CFO and VP Finance for Ware Solutions a Canadian technology company and served as CFO at Jerez Energy.

David R.J. Lefebvre
Position: Director

Mr. Lefebvre has been a partner of Stikeman Elliot LLP since 2004. He practices corporate and securities law, Particularly national and international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and project financing and corporate governance matters, From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Lefebvre was a partner of another national law firm.

Kim Davies

Ms. Davies is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Martin Head Oil & Gas Lt., a private Company. Prior to that she was Vice President New Ventures and earlier, Vice President of Exploration at Compton Petroleum Corporation from 1993 (Prior to its public listing) to February, 2007.

William G. Turnbull

Mr. Turnbull is currently president of W.G. Turnbull and Associates, a private real estate and development consulting company. Mr. Turnbull has over 33 years of experience in real estate industry specializing planning, construction, financing, workouts in both Western Canada and USA Mr. Turnbull is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University with a BA in economics.
