Fred P. Rumak P. Geol – President and CEO PanTerra from 2005 to date. Prior to PanTerra, Fred assisted with the launch of Cinch Energy from 2001 to 2003. He was Exploration Manager with Prism Petroleum from late 1999 until its sale to Real Resources in late 2000. Before coming to Prism he spent 2 years overseas with Sirte Oil in Libya as an Exploration Specialist. Mr. Rumak consulted for many local firms for 15 years and from the late 70’s to the late 80’s was employed at Gulf Canada, Andex Oil, Ultramar and was Exploration Manager at Penn West Petroleum until the late 80’s. He holds a BSc. in Geology from the University of Manitoba with additional credits from the University of Calgary. He is a professional member of APEGGA, APEGS and AIPG in the USA.
Hervé B. Collet – V.P. Operations and COO from 2005 to date. Prior to PanTerra, he was General Manager of Canoro Resources in India 2004 -2005, Senior Drilling Engineer in Libya and Mexico 2001-2004, Petroleum Consultant in Cuba, Morocco and Kazakhstan 1998-2001, General Manager of Husky Oil in China 1998, Project Manager for Stepnoi in Kazakhstan 1993-1998. Prior to this, he was President and General Manager of Bzh Petroleum Consultants Ltd. in Calgary and abroad. Mr. Collet holds a BSc. in Geology from the University of Calgary and a Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Francais Du Petrole, Paris.
Jake Pronk – V.P. Exploration, PanTerra. Former director and V.P. Exploration for G2 Resources Inc, former COO & Chairman of Yangerra Resources, former CEO & director of Glacier Ridge Resources Ltd. Former V.P. Exploration for Blue Range Resources, Penn West Petroleum and former Exploration Manager for Natomas/Diamond Shamrock/Maxus Energy.
Ron G. Sparrow – CFO, PanTerra from 2005 to date. Prior to PanTerra, Mr. Sparrow was Controller at NCE Resource Group since 1989. From 1980 to 1989 he was Controller, Secretary Treasurer at Penn West Petroleum. From 1978 to 1980 Ron was with Abacus Oil and Gas as Controller and with Canadian Propane from 1956 to 1978 as Chief Accountant.
