Mr. Fred P. Rumak, P. Geol. Mr. Rumak graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1974 with a geology degree. After four years in the mining industry he entered the energy sector with Gulf Canada Resources in Calgary. He subsequently moved on to junior and intermediate Oil & Gas companies with ever increasing degrees of responsibility. During his career, Mr. Rumak has drilled over 800 wells and brings extensive exploration, development and managerial experience to PanTerra. He has worked both overseas and domestically.
Herve Collet Mr. Collet has been the Chief Operating Officer-Vice President Operations of the Corporations since July 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Collet was General Manager of a Canadian Oil Company Operating in India. MR. Collet has over 30 years experience as a Consultant Petroleum Engineer and/or geologist in Canada and internationally. Mr. collet has held a number of executive positions and served on a number of boards and international institutions.
Robert Adams A graduate from the U of Saskatchewan, Mr. Adams is a geologist with nine years experience who has an excellent knowledge and understanding of Saskatchewan and shallow gas geology.
Ron Sparrow Ron, an accountant has worked in various positions of increased capacity throughout his career. Mr. Sparrow was Controller for many years with Penn West Petroleum then on to various consulting positions within the oil industry. Mr. Sparrow is a welcome addition to PanTerra in such that our accounting needs will be well met and well managed.
Douglas T. McCartney Doug McCartney is presently an associate with the Calgary based law firm Burstall Winger LLP, a boutique corporate/commercial and securities firm. Doug obtained is Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998 and has practiced Corporate and Securities law since 1998 when he articled at Code Hunter Wittmann (currently Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP). |
