Moose JawThe Moose Jaw property is approximately seventeen townships (602 sections) and is situated in central Saskatchewan some 20 miles north northwest of the city of Moose Jaw and 75 miles south southeast of Saskatoon. A major four lane highway runs through this pasture and farm land area allowing for easy and year round access. Older wells drilled on this block in the early 50's indicate that by-passed 'up-hole' gas exists. PanTerra began its drilling program at Moose Jaw in 2006 and drilled and cased 16 wells by mid-November, 2006. All the wells drilled to date have excellent indications of gas pay. The Company fracture stimulated two wells
with nitrogen in the Moose Jaw block and almost immediately
flowed-back methane. During the last flow-test period, nitrogen
levels declined steadily and methane contents increased to a
high of 54%. Further testing is warranted and will soon
commence. Further, the Company has identified and is evaluating the potential of the Bakken and Torquay formations on certain portions of this block.
